Whether you have just given birth at home, in the hospital or birth center the transition into being a new mother takes a village and can be quite overwhelming . In home postpartum care offers you the best of both worlds, you continue to check in with your provider for medical needs, and at the same time get to enjoy personalized support from a certified midwife there to be your postpartum doula, listening ear, assist in weight checks for baby, help you with lactation support, run errands, rock a baby, and provide warm nursing meals made in your home and postpartum treats delivered to your door - you choose which package fits your needs the best.

$75 per hour In home mother well being support / breast feeding support/ tongue tie evaluation / baby weight check/ help with insomnia etc. All the things related to postpartum.

$250 includes 2 in home postpartum visits ( including everything listed above ) plus one meal made in your home. Let me take care of you for a couple hours, put dinner on and rock the baby while you get some much needed personal time.
I bring bone broth and healing nutritious ingredients with me to make your choice of beef barley stew, creamy chicken and rice, white chicken chili, or home style potato ham chowder. Served with fresh sourdough bread as a side.
$450 once a week postpartum in home care for the first four weeks plus 2 meals.

$200 In home childbirth education classes for new parents . This provides 2-4 hours of in-depth birth prep information on a personal level

$150 Birth Pool In a Box Pool Rental / contains pool, liner, pump to fill pool, pump to drain pool

$15 Herbal Sitz Bath - a warm healing blend of comfrey, lavender, calendula and other herbs that promote healing, reduce inflammation and soothe soreness.
$60 Complete Birth Kit for home birth - includes large and small chux pads, plastic sheet for the bed, sterile gloves and gauze, cord clamp, bulb syringe, peri bottle, postpartum pads, straw,and a few other helpful goodies for birth preparation
